    Q1. Do you have a physical retail store location? 

    While we have a warehouse managed by a 3PL partner, we do not have a retail store. We maintain a full online ecommerce platform hosted on Shopify.

    Q2. What are your trading hours?

    We operate 24/7. All online orders are processed next Business Day and we ship twice weekly.
    CANADA: Mondays & Thursdays.
    USA: Sundays & Wednesdays.

    Q3. What don't you operate a retail store?

    We planned to establish a retail store in early 2020 but the subsequent emergence of the pandemic changed all that.

    Q4.  Do you accept Pre-orders / Back-Orders?

    No, but we would notify our customers on availability once we have a confirmed lead-time from our vendors.

    Q5. I need assistance on my order(s). Can I speak to someone?

    Absolutely! You can reach us via our Facebook Messenger with your request, along with your Order # and email address. This will help us pull up the relevant information to better assist you with your order.

    Q6. I can't locate a product on your website. What do I do?

    Our online store has a Search function and if you know the description or product number, you can input the query and display the relevant results.
